AIW 9000 no audio/video for TV tuner

dx 9b + no_ntsc_tuner patch
MMC 8.8

Non audio/video for tv tuner, I see only some pictures and sound during
channel skip and no more.
"Channel surf" are instead OK and I can see all channels thumbnails.

I'm on 800*600/32, in monitor out mode and in TV out mode. It doesn't work.
