Troubles with Installshield

I have downloaded an application from my school, which I have
successfully installed on another computer. ON the other computer it
installed fine and runs fine. On this PC, with Windows XP, it does not
install fine . Even though there's only one exe file, I get an error message
that says Installshield needs
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\pft25.tmp\Disk1

THe problem is, the .exe file is nowhere near this directory and there is no
Disk1 file. I've never seen a problem like this with Installshield and I
have installed countless programs, not to mention writing my own
Installshield custom extension. I have repeatedly downloaded the program
from the school, rebooted and rurun it but I get the same result. What
could be wrong? I just ran another installatin of a different product
successfully. Thanks.

Go to Start/Run and type in:
msiexec /unregister [click ok]

Then Start/Run and type in:
msiexec /regserver [click ok]
