Installshield was interrupted before installation completed

Dear All,

I am trying to install an symantec Antivirus to one Windows XP
machine, which use Installshield to setup. The setup run for a while,
after that, the Installshield Wizard was interrupted and pormpt the
message : " The wizard was interrupted before Symantec Antivirus
coulde be completely installed. Your System has not been modified. To
complete at another time, please run setup again. "

What happened? The Symantec Antivirus installs fine in other computer.

Please help.
