Installshield Problem

Just recently, I am unable to install anything using installshield. I don't
get any error message. When I go to install a program, the installshield
starts and extracts the .msi file and then makes it to the dialog where it
asks what directory to install to, but clicking "Next" does nothing. It
never makes it to the next step. I can change directories and go back, so it
is not frozen, but it just won't advance and install the programs.

Any experience or help with this problem would be appreciated.
