trouble shooting game

when i try to play the game call of duty it loads up but
the screen id all black, you can hear the music but see
nothing. What could be wrong?

Could be that your graphics are not up to the job. It's a
fairly demanding game. What are your system
specifications? Do they meet up with at least the mimimum
requirements on the back of the game cd box?

Try updating your video card drivers.
