Trouble Sending e-mail Outlook 2003

I work from two offices (two different SMTP servers, same
POP3 server) I created accounts for each location and
switch the default to the location when I arrive. I am
unable to send or forward mail that was received at the
other location. I can create and send new mail just
fine.
 
Use the Accounts button next to the Send button to select the account you
want to send with. By default Outlook sends with the account you received
the message on.
