Today Page problems

I have changed the Outlook Today page by clicking on the
Customize link. The content changes (new folders, # of
days) are retained but the format
(2col/3col/winter/summer) is lost as soon as I navigate
away from the today page (e.g. inbox, contacts). On
returning to the today page the default format shows, but
with the revised content.

Anyone know how to keep the chosen format/layout?

Are you using the Web toolbar to navigate back to the Outlook Today page, by
chance? If so, it's a known issue and is covered in the following MSKB
