Customize Outlook Today

After updating with SP-1, SP-2 and SP-3 when I click on
customize outlook today to reset format (regular, summer,
fall, etc.), items on the list to display, and to open
outlok today instead of inbox, nothing happens and I
cannot load module to make any changes. Is there a way
(even if I have to modify an .ini file) to get this
working again.
