TMPGEnc and DirectX 9.0b problems

Hello,
Since I installed DirectX 9.0b the program TMPGEnc Version
2.521.58.169 shuts down after the first or second file is
encoded (AVI to MPEG) manual or batch encode.
Any Idea,

I'm running tmgenc with DX90b with out any problems.
Try running DXDIAG, make sure everything works properly.

Hi,
I tested on an other PC with XP SP1 & DirectX 8.1, I
installed TMPGEnc and every thing was OK, then I installed
DirectX 9.0b and the problem is there.
DXDIAG says that everything works properly.
