There are not any fax printers available

I can send a fax using [fax:nnn] in outlook 2002 on my XP
computer and just fine. However, I am trying to get it
to work on a Win 2000 pc and am having trouble. PROBLEM
1: I followed the instructions on installing a client app
(Microsoft Shared Fax) via the SBS Admin Console. I go
through the wizard, but when I log on to the client PC
the install wizard does not start. I THINK it is suppose
to. PROBLEM 2: On the Win 2000 pc, I can send a fax via
the Shared Fax (properties, test page) but when using
Outlook 2002 [fax:nnnn] I get the message: 'The Fax
transport service failed to deliver the message to this
recipient. There are not any fax printers available.'
Now, when I go to Outlook, tools, email accounts, change,
and Properties for the MAPI there is no fax listed in the
dropdown box; but I THINK there should be. I think if I
can get a fax listed there then all this should work.

Clarify which fax client you are installing and how you re trying to
integrate it with Outlook 2002. Sounds like this is a question for SBS.

On the PC, I connected to the server, found
the 'SharedFax' and right-clicked 'connect'. The
SharedFax DOES show up in the Printers and Faxes folder.
Now, in Outlook, the Service shows as Fax Mail
Transport. Any ideas?

You still did not tell me which fax client software you installed on the PC.
