Terminal Services Profile

We are moving to a larger Citrix environment and we've got
a couple of problems with our user accounts

we need to identify existing user accounts that don't have
their terminal server profile set and then set them
(have tried dsquery but dont' know syntax for terminal
service profile)

also our template we create user accounts from doesn't
copy our terminal services profile path, but will copy
logons script and home drive path?...is this normal?

How do you enable windows to allow for the copying of user profiles. There is a whitepaper on how to customise Terminal Services using API's but it is a bit unclear to me as to how to do it. Does anybody know how to do this?
