The problem is that Windows 2000 has no (or very little) adsi or wmi
support for scripting terminal services settings...So if you have
Windows 2000 you are limited to what the command line tools give
you...

If you are using Windows Server 2003, you can use these two examples
från Microsoft Script Center

Enumerate Terminal Services Terminal Settings
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/scriptcenter/network/scrnet88.mspx

Configure Terminal Services Profile Path
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/scriptcenter/network/scrnet58.mspx

Windows Server 2003 also gives you many new GPOs to configure these
settings. Terminal Services expert Christa Andersson has a great
article on this:

The attributes for TS are not separate pieces, they are all jammed into the
userparameters attribute as binary data. You will not be able to use dsquery
nor any ldap query tool to retrieve the info. You will need to use the TS
management DLL and enumerate through each and every user account.
