terminal server rebooting

Guest

I have set up a terminal server with a limited number of applications on it
in order to isolate a problem we have been having. The applications are
Outlook 2002 and WordPefect 11. We also have two HP printers installed
(networked printers). Yesterday, the server rebooted, and the event log only
notes that the previous shutdown was unexpected. The latest Windows service
packs and hotfixes are installed on the server. I am trying to determine
where to look to see what the underlying cause of the reboot was and thus my
post.
Thank you for your assistance.

To get more information, I would configure the server to *not*
automatically reboot when a critical STOP error occurs (in Control
Panel - System). Next time it crashes, it will show you a Blue
Screen of Death. Write down the STOP error code, the parameters,
and possibly the name of the driver causing the STOP error.

Either post this information here, or check the troubleshooting
tools for this particular STOP error in the
MSDN Bug Check Codes pages at
