Temporary Internet Files

Hello,

I recently muddled around in my "Temporary Internet Files" Folder and
deleted files in there, including folders (including a folder entitled
Content.IE5). Now, when I attempt to download and run programs, my computer
cannot find the downloaded file(s). I think the computer's programmed to
download files into the "Content.IE5" folder that I deleted, and since it's
not there anymore, it can't find the files to run them. I've tried creating
a new "Content.IE5" folder in "Temporary Internet Files" but it will not let
me.

Any suggestions?

Firstly "Content.IE5" folder is a System folder. Never had to do this but try
to create it when logged on as Administrator, this may let you recreate it,
but when logged on with your user account it wont let you. Set it to read
only as well in the attributes
