Can't Delete Temp\Temporary Internet Files\ Files

I am trying to delete the files in this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\Temporary
Internet Files\Content.IE5

I figure the typical temp files would be in

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5

(the difference being ls/temp/tempintfiles rather than just
ls/tempintfiles---the extra temp prefix)

The path without "tmp" prefixing Temporary Internet Files can be deleted,
the one WITH temp prefixing Temporary Internet Files cannot be deleted. In
fact, if I click delete, it won't even respond at all.

Tips?

Hi,
Login as another user with admin privileges or (XP Home) from the machine's
default Administrator account (accessed from Safe Mode.) You can't delete
the TIF folder of the currently logged in user. To Windows, they're "in
use."

It sounds as though the location of the standard TIF folder has been
changed, since the first folder you mention doesn't exist on a system with
standard configuration. If that's the currently-defined TIF location, you
may have trouble deleting the files if you're logged on as Administrator.
Try loggon on as a different user with administrator privileges and see if
you can delete those files.

If you don't have a second user with administrator privileges defined,
create one now. Every system should have at least two.
