Folks,

I relocated my Temporary Internet Files folder
onto a separate hard drive hoping to improve my
web surfing experience. I used the Settings
button in the Temporary Internet files pane under
the General tab under Internet Options from the
Tools pull-down menu in Internet Explorer 6.
That Settings button offers a button to relocate
the folder. I thought I was safe.

Since doing this, my web surfing performance is
okay, except that whenever I click on a link that spawns
a new window, the new window never gets populated.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks in advance,

Joe.

Joe,
I'm not sure if relocating TIF causes this, the troubleshooting steps here might help you!

Try reregistering the urlmon.dll:
Start > Run > regsvr32 urlmon.dll

You're welcome, Joe.
