Can't move the Cache files back to default -- IE7

* First of all, is there a newsgroup for IE7? I haven't been able to
find one. I see IE7 disucussions on this group, so I guess it's OK.

* I moved my cache files, and it was causing me problems. They were easy
to move, but I can't move them back the way they were by following the same
steps.
Here is how I moved them:
Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Settings... > Move Folder,
Input the new folder name. After rebooting my computer, the files were
moved. The cookies and the cache files were all grouped together, which is
different from what I expected. I expected a separate "Cookies" folder and
another with the name "Temporary Internet Files".
Then I tried to move them back.
First of all there is no "Reset to defaults" button, and I couldn't
remember where to place them. There are folders named "Temporary Internet
Files" in the "Documents and Settings" folder under either "Administrator"
or "Default User", but not under my name. I am the only user, and the
administrator. I have automatic logon.
I took a "best guess" approach and tried to move the files into a
folder named "Temporary Internet Files" under my own name, thinking that the
old "Temporary Internet Files" folder and its set of files were deleted from
there.
The files moved, but now I have a folder "Temporary Internet Files",
then underneath that is another folder named "Temporary Internet Files", I
have no folder under my name called "cookies", and I still have all my
cookies mixed with my cache files. It seems to work this way, but I would
sure feel better if I could get it back to the Windows defaults. Is there a
way? I will sacrafice my cookies if it will get me there.
