relocating, move mail stored in personal folders

I'm relocating to a different site within the same company. I've stored mail
in personal folders (saved on my local drive C). I have to leave my current
system behind for the new hire.

How can I move my mail so it will be accessible when I'm reassigned a new
system?

the personal folders are .pst files, find and save them to a network drive,
or removable storage device. If you burn them to CD, note that when you copy
them to your new system, you will have to un-check the read only on the file
properties
