TaskBar Freezes

HI i know this is a COMMOM issue with lots of people but theres no answer to
it.I

had this prob b 4 when the taskbar just automatically freezes and you have
to press CRTL+ALT+DEL to unblock it, but it freezes again after 2 mins or
so......

i just formatted my comp and DIDNT INSTALL ANYTHING and this problem already
came up when windows just started to first time after formatted.

please help!!!

If you're having that sort of problems on a fresh install, and nothing
loaded, you've got hardware problems. Maybe you're lucky and it's just a
driver, but I'd bet it's more likely that it's bad hardware of some sort.

Have you looked in the event viewer?
