system freeze up

Hi there,

My frnd has bought a new system with xp home edition, now the system is very
slow, even he can not close any window, it takes ages, system is very good
configutation, recentrly he installed anti virus and firewall after that
only he's facing this problem

i removed that anti virus and firewall still it's very slow, what can i do
abt that

Erm, I would have thought the answer was obvious. It's a new system, it has
a warranty - use it!

First I would reinstall the antivirus and turn the firewall back on if this computer is going on the internet. Second download or buy a spyware adware program and get rid of that problem. Your machine will probably speed back up.
