switchboard not showing up as a form in Access 2003

Hi
I have created a new switchboard and want it to be my startup switchboard.
However when I go into tools, startup it is not listed as a form in the drop
down menu under display form/Page.

i think i had that error - can you not just type the switchboard name into
the drop down box on the startup form - it will work ok
 
You might try typing the first part of the name. I have found that the list
of startup objects is definitely not in alphabetical order...
