Hello. When I choose the startup option it does not give me the selection to
have the switchboard appear upon startup. I have a switchboard created and
it's in the Switchboard Pages section, but I cannot select it for the startup
feature. Please help!

Are you using "classic Access" (Access 2003 or earlier) or Access 2007? In
the case of the former, the Switchboard Manager generates a table and forms,
and you would specify the first of those forms in the Tools | Startup
dialog, or use DoCmd.OpenForm from your specified startup form to Open it.

If you are using Access 2007, the Ribbon user interface differs enough from
the menus of previous versions that I'd have to defer to someone else to
answer you.

I am personally not a fan of the Switchboard Manager, thinking that it is a
complex solution to a simple problem. So, I create my own, using unbound
forms and standard Access controls -- the first form of which I specify in
Tools | Startup.
