Access Switchboard & Form Issue

P

Ponderous

I am using Access 2003.

The issue is that when I open a form associated with my membership table, it
opens fine and with all of my records showing. When I open the same form
using the switchboard, no records are showing.

I did create the switchboard after I entered a few records and I used the
switchboard manager database utility.

Any ideas?

It depends how you open the form from the switchboard. Go to the switchbard
manager and check to see what form action you have chosen to open this
particular form. There are various options you can choose from within the
combo that you see in tha switchboard manager. Try the various options and
choose the one that fits your needs.

Thanks Maurice.

It was a very dumb mistake. I had the switchboard open the form in add
rather than edit mode. Thanks.
