Support request not going through

I go to remote assistance in the start menu and choose to have a support
analyst help me with my problem and it wont sent my questions/problems
through. Also, the HP Instant Support Icon at the bottom right hand side of
the toolbar will constantly appear. When i double click the icon a screen
comes up telling me that there is a page error. I also cannot receive
messages from the support analyst when I was able to actually have my problem
go through the system.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME? MY COMPUTER IS REALLY SCREWED UP!

You need to pick up the telephone and call HP Support.
