Help & Support feature hangs when opening

I have looked at using the Help & Support facilty for users to request remote
assistance.
However whenever a user tries to open the help facility it just hangs and
then has to be ended through task manager.
I suspect this may be due to the access the users have on the PCs, as we
restrict their access for control panel and regedit.

Any help on what needs to be opened up to allow the Help & Support to work?
Failing that is there a direct route for Remote Assistance that aovide the
Help facilty?

Just a quick update to my original post. Having left it hanging for upwards
of 5 minutes, the Help & Support screen finally opened. This happens on other
PCs too.

Hope this may help in finding where the problem is?
