I have been having trouble getting on to the online help part of this
program, can type in my question and cannot be connected to an analyst. Have
Hp looking into this and so far they cannot come up with an answer. Has
anybody else had this kind of problem. Could access this in Dec 2004 but have
not been able to do so lately. Not using the windows firewall as I have
norton firrewall installed. Wonder what is blocking me from this site
