Stupid PowerPoint Update???

I am constantly getting an automatic update notification and every time it is
something for PowerPoint, how do I stop this? I can't see them updating that
program every 4 minutes or less so I am guessing that isn't normal.

The help area in the system area in the control panel told me how to fix this, if you don't do the express install you can uncheck the unwanted update and when you hit close it asks if you want to be notified about it again, the only option it doesn't give you is to answer HECK NO!!!!
