Stop AutoDelete for Emails

Hello,

A co-worker can't find some older emails of his. He is wondering if our
office has Outlook set to autodelete emails that are X # of months old. Does
Outlook have a AutoDelete feature?

We have AutoArchive set on "Prompt before AutoArchive Runs" and we say "NO"
everytime we are asked to run AutoArchive...so it's not AutoArchive.
I really want to know if there is an AutoDelete feature that I can turn off
in my co-worker's Outlook 2003 program.

If your office uses Exchange Server, then it is possible for an
administrator to run mailbox management tools that can do things like delete
items of a certain size or age.
