This might seem like a noobish question, but with windows me 98 and earler (correct me if i am wrong) you could change the start up screen that said windows XX loading. Can you do this with windows XP PRO?

I've seen places on the web that offer downloads that do that, but I've
never had the courage to download them, but I guess the simple answer to
your question is 'yes,' if I understood you right.
