There are thousands of reasons why a computer can fail to boot. Unless
you're able to provide enough additional details to narrow down the
possibilities, you'll need to try generic troubleshooting or show the
machine to a professional.
Well you can also try to restore Boot.ini file ie Boot with Bootable O/s CD – Select R for recovery – switch to CD drive – Type CD E: - Type CD I386 – type BOOTCFG /Scan if no boot
file detected – Type BOOTCFG /REBUILD – Type “Y” – type /
fastdetect – type Windows version lower than Windows 7
