How do i remove the StandBy option after clicking on
Start/Turn Off.... on windows XP. I only want the users
to be able to shutdown or restart.

You have to use "Local Security Policy" (Administrative
Tools).

I went through each item and didn't find anything that
applied. Which one should I be using?
