This is insanity. Yesterday, I received a new computer
with Windows XP. Prior to this, I used W98. When I
right-click on the START menu to explore it, most of the
files that are in my START folder do not appear in this
explorer folder. I cannot organize this folder. How can
I orginize it. please!? Thank you
 
Hi,

Use "explore all users". You are working with "true" user profiles now. You
will find the settings under:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\
