Start an application on boot up

I have a requirement on a multi user machine to start an application on boot
up, without the requirement for anyone to login.
Does anybody know if this is easily achievable please ?
 
You can place a shortcut to this application in:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
 
This suggestion requires any user to login before it will start.
As i say i require the application to run at boot up ***without the
requirement for any user to login***

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

add the entry there and it will work on any user
