Spyware on Terminal Server

I need this software for terminal server but I cant have
every user to have it in his sesion. Can I set it up to
protect only the server?

I've never seen a recipe to do this.

If I had a terminal server which was infected, I would consider using
Microsoft Antispyware to clean it, but only as a one-time clean and remove
job. I think I'd want to take the thing out of service, install Microsoft
Antispyware, and run through every user account and clean each of them. It
sounds impractical to me.
