About security policy on terminal server

hi. everybody
i have one 1 server with (win2003, AD)
i want define a user when logon to domain from its client to a
terminal server can not open some items such as (control panel ,
startmenu , ...) on terminal server , but want can access this items
on his compters. (terminal server and his computer , is member of
domain)

Configure a Group policy on the termianl server OU in a loopback mode and
link it to the OU with the terminal server so that the users are only
getting the setting defined in that policy

Try to search on loopback mode ... you will find your answer
