SP4 won't finish installing....

I am trying to install SP4 on Win2k small business
server. It copies, installs, and gets to the end of
finalizing the installation and it blows up saying "SP4iis
not found and that it will abort. I then have to
uninstall it, my server is locking up and I have a feeling
that this may fix the issues but I cannot get a complete
install........HELP!!!!!
 
Hi Chris,

Disable IISAdmin and W3SVC in Services and then try the SP installation.
After it finishes, you can re-enable the services.

SP4 is frankly not very good, wouldnt recommend moving to
it yet
