SP4 upgrade fails with ism error

We are trying to upgrade from SP2 tp Sp4 on a member
server. This server runs citrix xp. The error we get
is "setup failed to remove ism.dll script mappings" when
trying to do the upgrade. Any ideas?
 
Copy file ism.dll from another server to c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv
and install win2k SP4
