SP2 Broke Excite Chat

Installed SP2 but when I tried to access Excite chat the splash screen
just sits there frozen. The icon that appears in the task bar is empty.
Only way to get rid of the frozen splash screen is by rebooting. Have
tried to disable firewall and popup blocker but still no go. Any
workaround to this? TIA

Is Excite JAVA based? Try reinstalling the latest JAVA from
http://java.sun.com/getjava
