Excite Super Chat and SP2

Since loading sp2, I cannot run Excite Super Chat. I
disable popup blocking and still will not run. Has anyone
else had problems of this nature? And what did you do to
fix it?

I've never used Excite chat but I have found that Spybot S&D considers
Excite stuff to be adware and if you use the Immunize feature of Spybot
S&D none of the Excite graphics features will work on Excite website and
email. It could be related. I don't know that Excite has tech support
but I'd start looking for it.
