Slower Windows after last Tuesday's' updates

Is it just me, or is anyone else noticing things seem to happen just a
little slower after last Tuesday's critical upgrades. Disk access
seems to take just a little longer than it did before the updates, but
I don't have any numbers to verify this. Just wondering if anyone else
has noticed this. :/

After updating Windows it often pays to carry out routine maintenance.

Try Start, All Programmes, Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp to
Empty your Recycle Bin and Remove Temporary Internet Files. Delete all
but the most recent Restore Point ( Start, Programs, Accessories, System
Tools, Disk Cleanup, More options). Run Disk Defragmenter in Safe Mode.
