I am not trying to start a furor, but has anybody else noticed that after
the 11 OCT 05 updates their system boots up faster?
Mine is for sure, used to take about 30 secs, now down to 20. The
"scrolling blue progress bar" used to go across 3 1/2 times, now only 2
1/4 times and the welcome screen is there!
Anyone know why?
Just curious!
[This after the usual clean up and defrag that I do on "black tuesday",
without any other config changes. Very Interesting...]
