Slow browser

[Pat Coughlin]

My browser was moving lickety-split yesterday but is now
moving like molasses. I use Norton Internet Security and
am confident that nothing nefarious got into my machine.
The only change I made was doing a Windows automatic
update. Any sugestions?

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
