Signing up

I wanted to know how to sign up. I have the program on my computer, and want
to use it, but when I went to give them my name and display name, information
like that, when I click next it askes me to place in my POP3 and SMTY
names.(not sure if i spelled the second one correctly). Any ideas? Thanks!
 
Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for instructions (same as for
Outlook Express on Windows XP)
 
I'm having the same problem.Were you able to set up? Can you help?
 
You are asking someone for help who obviously hasn't got the vaguest clue?
