can't sign into windows mail

I just got a new laptop and i am trying to sign in to wndows mail with my
outlook e-mail account but when i type in my account name and password i get
Account: 'POP3.Sympatico.ca', Server: 'POP3.Sympatico.ca', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
is there anything i can do to stop this?

Sympatico seems to have various mail server settings.

Looks like tour POP Server is incorrect?
