Shut Down Problems

I could not shut down after used around 1 or 2 hour.
If I use only 15 to 30 mins, no problme to shutdown. I
checked virus and check harddisk and could not find any
problem.

Is there anyone help me.

No Error Message and just display is frozen and mouse is
working but ctrl+alt+delete key did not work.

I tried update BIOS but I could not do well.

In details

I pushed turn off button and then just display is frozen
and no more proceed for log off and shut down.
