Show window contents while dragging?

Hi,
New system from Dell and i check the show window
content while dragging in the appearance/effects tab
and when i reboot it is unchecked.
Any suggestions?

Rich, did you remember to click on Apply?

The problem is due to "Dell User Experience" utility / software. Check with Dell Technical Support to sort out this problem. (Courtesy of David Candy)
