"show contents of window while moving" keeps getting reset

Every time I reboot, the option to show the contents of windows while
dragging them gets reset. Does anyone know a work-around for this?

Here is a program written by David Candy, that turns on "Show window
contents while dragging" setting. Just place this executable shortcut in the
Startup folder. You can download it from here:

Kermit Kicks,

* Open Regedit, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
* Double-click 'DragFullWindows', change value to 1, click OK, exit Regedit

If it resets again, try logging out first instead of immediately rebooting.
