seting up the fax modem in Microsoft Windows on a Dell 8300

I am having problems setting up the fax modem inside my
computer . I can get it to send faxsx , but I cannot
receive one. Well, I did finally receive 1 , but I think
in doing so, it caused problems with my HP Photosmart
1115 printer. I have it set to where it should print out
the faxes as they come in AAND ALSO STORE THEM IN A
SEPERATE FILE SET UP FOR THAT PURPOSE. ANY ADVISE??

Can you get to the configuration wizard? Of the fax
console configuration settings?
