I'm using Outlook 2003 and it is working perfectly fine but if I try to use
the "send link by e-mail" (or page) from within IE6 SP1 it times out and
returns the message "your microsoft exchange server is currently unavailable"
asking if I want to retry or work offline even if I'm actually connected to
my exchange server!
Can someone halp me please?

I am also getting this problem. I've checked to ensure the default program is
Microsoft Office Outlook. I've carried out a purge of the internet cache
and that
doesn't seem to have fixed it. I'm presently using MS Office 2003 with SP1
installed on a Windows XP Pro SP2 setup.

One issue to note is that last year we moved from Exchange
ServerA(version5.5) to Exchange ServerB(2003) and ServerA had a different
name on the domain than ServerB. If it is looking for ServerA, which no
longer exists, how can I fix this?

Same problem here with Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook Express 6. No
error messages or anything, just nothing happens.

I'm having this exact problem with Exchange 5.5, Outlook 2002 on
Windows XP. When clicking on File|Send|"Link by e-mail" or "Page by
e-mail" I get the message: "Your Microsoft exchange server is
unavailable" Anyone have any ideas?
