IE Send Mail or Link not working

I am connecting to a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. When I open up IE and try
to send that page via FILE > SEND > PAGE BY EMAIL, it doesn't work. I'm
getting "Your Exchange Server is unavailable" error message. But when I open
Microsoft Outlook, it is working fine. Please advise.

I am also experiencinfg this on a number of desktops running Windows XP and
Office 2003. I have verified that this is a profile issue. I hve set IE
security settings to default and can't find anything in Outlook options.
Changing the default mail client does fix the problem, but it reverts when I
reselect Outlook 2003.
